What is Advisory?

The challenge
For this client, advisory is a unique part of this company, and therefore onboarding new members is critical every year, yet many onboarding resources were only slides that had to be presented by a person. There was no way to administer this information asynchronously.
The solution
Using animated Vyond videos created informational clarity through engaging visuals for new team members. These videos are shared whenever a new hire joins, no matter what time of year it is, and regardless of the presence of a facilitator.
The process
The client’s previous resources were reviewed. A script was then developed, with feedback loops for the client to input critical information related to the company’s strategic plan. I recorded the script with a professional microphone and edited the voiceover in Audacity. The video was then completed in Vyond.
